Cookie Policy

What cookies and local storage FinPull uses and how to control them.

Last updated: August 5, 2026

How sessions work

FinPull keeps you signed in with an HttpOnly session cookie set after Google OAuth login. It is sent only over HTTPS, is not readable by scripts, and expires automatically. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Local storage

Your browser's local storage holds lightweight app preferences, such as your default chart timeframe and recent symbol choices. Nothing in local storage contains your password or payment details.

Controlling cookies

Signing out clears the session cookie. You can also clear cookies and site data through your browser's settings, which will sign you out. Blocking the session cookie prevents you from staying signed in but does not prevent browsing public pages.

Third-party services

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which may set its own cookies when you use their checkout. Google OAuth may set cookies on Google's own domain during sign-in. We do not control those services' cookies.
